Film photography: Disposable cameras!

Disposable cameras you say?
Yes, I'm talking about the ones you get from your local superstore or Walgreens.

Disposable cameras were my favorite growing up... I loved opening up a pack of prints and seeing all of the surprises!

Today I picked up some photos that I took last year camping with my family.
The images themselves are very grainy and of course not very sharp so the quality of the photographs are not the greatest. That being said, they are a fun way to get creative and make fun surprises when you pick them up! (Especially when you wait a year later to get them developed)
The great thing about experimenting with disposable cameras? You really can't damage them too bad.
I stuck this sucker in water a few times and also took a pen to the edges of the lens to create a vignette.

I got these developed at our local Walgreens. They gave me prints and also a CD with all of the digital copies for $10. You do not need an expensive digital camera to start your creative photography endeavors! Always try to work with what is around you and creating beautiful things with it.

I'm really pleased the series of images that came from my disposable camera camping adventures.
I have another camera being sent out soon so more photos are on the way!
