To those who may be struggling.

During the month of July I noticed that many of friends have been having a rough time in life at this moment. Whether it's financial problems, depression, health, broken hearts, or maybe just feeling a little lost.

Yesterday, August 1st, I was driving home from work and I saw one of the most beautiful sights.
It just rained and the sky was still thick with dark gray clouds but there was also sunlight shining through and between the clouds which were glowing all of the green trees that the Vermont hills have to offer. It was the richest colors of dark blues and greens. In front of me there was one red hot air balloon that was being lit by that sunshine peeking though the clouds right over the Winooski River.

August is always the month that is a struggle for my family and I growing up. Seeing this sight on the 1st of August was very encouraging and enlightening for me.
